"Curicó en Papel". Pop up Workshop
“Curicó en Papel” es un taller práctico de creación de libros pop-up inspirado en la ciudad de Curicó, realizado en la Biblioteca Óscar Ramírez Merino y financiado por la Corporación Cultural de Curicó.
Durante cuatro sesiones, 20 participantes, entre niños y adultos, crean un libro pop-up de tres escenas: el Teatro Victoria, el Cerro Condell y el Estadio La Granja. A través del diseño, la ilustración y la ingeniería del papel, exploramos la historia de estos lugares y descubrimos nuevas formas de contar historias, creando páginas que, al abrirse, sorprenden y despiertan ese inevitable ¡guau!
“Curicó en Papel” is a pop-up book workshop inspired by the city of Curicó, held at the Óscar Ramírez Merino Library and funded by the Cultural Corporation of Curicó.
Over four sessions, 20 children and adults create a pop-up book featuring three iconic places: Teatro Victoria, Cerro Condell, and Estadio La Granja. Through paper engineering, illustration, and local history, we discover new ways to tell stories and create surprising three-dimensional scenes that make you say “WOW!” when you open the book.
